If no liver spread, use finely chopped cooked liver or skip it if preferred.
SIMPLY GOOD TIP
When deboning chicken, keep the skin intact and attached to the meat as much as possible it helps hold the stuffing and maintain the shape. If unsure, have a butcher debone it for ease.
