Sweet and Salty Roasted Nuts

Preheat oven to 350º. Place nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle vegan butter, sugar, maple syrup, and salt over nuts. Stir well to combine.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring at the halfway point.

Remove from oven, stir once more, and let cool at room temperature. The nuts will crisp as they cool.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks. These make
great gifts!
