Caramel Hot Chocolate

In a bowl add Nestlé MilkPak Whipping Cream and beat with an electric beater until fluffy and stiff peaks form. Chill overnight in the fridge (do not freeze).

In a pan heat sugar and let it caramelize. Turn off the flame and add Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream, mix well and set aside.

In a pot heat Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk and bring to a boil. Add cocoa powder and milky chocolate and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add caramel sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes, then set aside.

In a glass add prepared hot chocolate, top with whipped cream and marshmallows, and lastly drizzle caramel sauce.
