Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with egg, breadcrumbs, carrot, zucchini, onion and barbecue sauce.
Divide into muffin tray and bake for 35 minutes in a medium preheated oven.
Season with pepper and nutmeg and transfer the mixture into a piping bag.
When the meat loaves are cooked, top with the potato mixture using the piping bag.
