ALTERNATE INGREDIENT
Chicken may be replaced with beef, goat, lamb, fish and prawn in cooking Biryani.
SIMPLY GOOD TIP
Serve Chicken Biryani with cucumber salad made with NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and lemon juice.
Add drops of red and yellow food color on rice before cooking for added visual appeal.
