Ravioli Pasta Recipe

Directions for Chicken Keema Filling Preparation:
1. In a pan heat butter and add garlic. Cook for a minute. Add chicken mince and cook until mince changes color. Add red chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt and cook for a minute.
2. Add spinach and cook for 2-3 mins. Add Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream and cook until mince is fully done. Set aside.

Directions for Pasta Preparation:
3. In a bowl add flour, eggs and mix it well with ahnds. Now add butter and mix it again to make a dough.
4. Now divide this dough into 4 parts. Take each part and roll it out into flat sheet with a rolling pin.

5. Place small portions of chicken keema filling on the flattened sheet of dough and then brush water on the dough. Place another sheet on top. Press the top and bottom sheet together covering the chicken keema filling. Now with the help of the cutter cut the keema filling parts of dough.
6. In a pot heat water and bring it to a boil. Add prepared pasta and boil until its fully done. Strain and set aside.

Directions for Ravioli Pasta Preparation:
7. In a deep pan heat butter and add garlic. Cook for a minute. Add flour and cook until fragrant.
8. Now add Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk and bring it to a simmer. Add red chili flakes, mixed herbs, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well.
9. Add Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream and cook for a minute. Add prepared pasta and cook for another minute.

10. Dish it out and garnish it with parsley. Your Ravioli Pasta is ready. Serve and enjoy.
