Margarita Mocktail

Spread a layer of margarita salt on the small plate or dish. Moisten your glass rim with a wedge of lime. Turn the glass upside down and gently dip the rim into the salt, gently rotating it until it is evenly coated with salt.

Add orange juice, agave, and lime juice into the cocktail shaker.

Add a handful of ice cubes. Cover and shake until the shaker is very cold to touch.

Fill your serving glass with ice cubes. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.

Top off with sparkling water. Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge.
