Creamy Butter Chanay

Directions for Boiled Chanay Preparation:
1. In a bowl add water and add chickpeas. Soak them overnight.
2. Now in a pot heat water and bring it to a boil. Add salt and soaked chickpeas. Boil until 80% done. Strain and set aside.

Directions for Puree Preparation:
3. In a pan heat oil and add onion, ginger, garlic, cashew nuts. cook for 1-2 mins.
4. Add tomatoes and cook until they get soft.
5. Transfer them to a blender and blend them well into puree. Set aside

Directions for Creamy Butter Chanay Preparation:
6. In a pot heat oil and add Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and cook for a minute.
7. Add prepared puree and cook for 1-2 mins.
8. Add boiled chickpeas and mix them well. Cover and cook them for 3-4 mins.

9. Add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Unsalted Dairy Butter and dried fenugreek. Mix and let it melt.
10. Add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream and cook for 1-2 mins.
11. Dish it out and garnish it with green coriander. Your Creamy Butter Chanay are ready. Serve and enjoy
