Chicken malai boti pizza

1. In a bowl add flour, yeast, sugar, salt and mix it well. Add water, oil and knead a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest until doubles in size.

Add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream and cook for 1-2 mins. Your White Sauce is ready. Set aside.

5. In a bowl add chicken, NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt, NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice, white pepper powder and mix it well. Marinate the chicken for 15-20 mins. . In a pan heat oil and add marinated chicken. Cook until chicken is fully done.

7. Turn off the flame, place heated coal pieces in aluminum cup in the center of the pan. Drizzle oil on them and cover the pan with lid. Smoke for 1-2 mins. set aside.

8. Take the prepared dough and divide it into 2 equal parts. . Take one part and make a dough ball. Roll it out into flat circle. Transfer it onto greased pizza pan.

10. Add a layer of prepared white sauce, chicken, mozzarella cheese, capsicum, onion, black olives on it. Sprinkle oregano, red chili flakes and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 mins.
when cheese is melted and golden on top, pizza is ready.
