Drizzle Biscoff spread or caramel sauce made from caramelized melted sugar, cream, and butter.

In a single-serve parfait glass, layer the ingredients as follows: crushed gingersnap or Lotus cookies, custard cream mixture, caramel sauce, more crushed cookies, more custard cream mixture, whipped cream, and a final drizzle of caramel or Biscoff spread.
