For Banoffee Pie Preparation:

Check

1. In a pan heat butter and add brown sugar. Cook until the sugar melts. Add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream and cook until color changes and desired consistency has reached. Let it cool at room temperature.
2. Pour this mixture on the crust and refrigerate for 15-20 mins.
3. In a bowl add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
Note: Chill the NESTLÉ MILKPAK Whipping Cream overnight in the fridge and whip it with an electric beater.
4. Top the pie with bananas, whipped cream, cocoa powder.
5. Your Banoffee Pie is ready.
