Nestlé Philippines, Inc. (alternatively, “Nestlé” or “NPI”) will reward consumers who will become new members of Nestlé’s GoodNes website or any of Nestlé’s brand websites with any of the following: GCash credits, Giftaway Vouchers and Products/Premium items. The promotion (“Promo”) will run from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
A. QUALIFICATION/DISQUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS:

1. The Promo is open to select individuals with ages 18 years old and above (at the time of 
registration and claiming of reward) and who are residents of the Philippines.

2. Participants must become members of Nestlé’s CRM program through any of the following 
routes:
a. Creating an account on any of the Nestlé websites including but not limited to  nestlegoodnes.com/ph, barangaynestle.com.ph, maggi.ph, milo.com.ph, parenteam.com.ph, nescafe.com.ph, bearbrand.com.ph and nestlehealthscience.ph, nestleprofessional.ph and createwithnestle.ph. 
b. Signing up via Facebook, Messenger, Google lead form or Tiktok
c. Signing up during on-ground activations such as but not limited to sampling and house-to-house activities.

3.Participants must have an active email address, mobile number, and GCash account to receive any of the rewards.

B. DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURES AND MECHANICS/ DETERMINATION OF PARTICIPANTS WHO WILL RECEIVE THE REWARD:

1. The promo period is from July 1 to June 30, 2025.

2. There will be 12 monthly draws that will be conducted every 5th working day of the month:
 

3. Only those who complete their registration as members, as stated in Section A, may qualify  for the raffle under this Promo. 
a. Participants must complete the registration by filling out all the required information fields such as Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth.
b. Participants who are new registrants using their Facebook and Google accounts on Nestle websites must likewise update their profile on the account section of the website 
and complete their information. Complete information should include Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Date of Birth, and other details. 
c. For concerns related to the above, participants can email Consumer.services@ph.nestle.com or call the Nestlé Consumer Care hotline at 8-898-00-61.
 

C. REWARD OF PARTICIPANTS FOR COMPLETE REGISTRATION: 

In every monthly raffle draw, a set of winners will be drawn who will receive any of the following rewards:
1. GCash Credits
2. eGift vouchers from a pre-identified GiftAway partner merchant 
3. Nestlé Products
4. Premium items
5. Other prizes
To know the raffle prize being given out for the month, consumers may visit the website or Facebook page of Nestlé GoodNes or the applicable Nestlé brand, for more details and information.

D. PROCEDURE IN THE NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:
1. For the eGift vouchers from any GiftAway partner merchant, winners will be notified through any of the following means, within ten (10) working days after the raffle draw:
a. SMS notification that will be sent to the winner’s registered mobile number by our third-party eGift distributor, GiftAway, which contains the eGift voucher and the details on how it can be redeemed; and/or
b. Email sent by NPI, notifying the winner that he received an SMS notification in his registered mobile number from GiftAway, relaying the e-Gift voucher, as well as the details on how it can be redeemed. 

After receipt, the eGift voucher may now be used on the next transaction of the winner in all  GiftAway partner merchants nationwide. The participating stores that will accept the eGift  voucher is subject to the rules and requirements between GiftAway and its partner merchant, and NPI does not have a control on this.

For redemption concerns, recipients may reach GiftAway at support@giftaway.ph.

2. For the GCash credits, winners will be notified through any of the following means, within  ten (10) working days after the raffle draw:
a. SMS notification from GCash once the amount is credited to their GCash account and/or;
b. Email sent by NPI, notifying the winner that he/she received the GCash credit from GCash. 

After receipt, the GCash credits can now be used in the next transaction of the customer  with any GCash-accredited merchant.

The GCash credits can be used within one (1) year from the date it was credited to the  winner’s GCash account.

Should the mobile number registered by the winner be invalid resulting to a failure of seeding, the GCash credits assigned to the winner will be forfeited. 

For redemption concerns, recipients may call the GCash hotline, 2882.

3. For Products/Premium items/Other prizes, NPI will reach out to the winner/s through their  email on how they can redeem their prize/s. Winners must have an active and working email  address to receive the information and process to claim their prize. The prize shall be forfeited if the winner fails to claim it within sixty (60) days from notice. 

E. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By joining and participating in the Promo, a Participant hereby confirms, agrees and acknowledges that:
1. He or she has read the full mechanics of this Promo and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same;
2. He or she is 18 years old or above;
3. He or she will share personal information, including, but not limited to:
a. Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Date of Birth and any other relevant personal  information for purposes of registration in the Nestlé Goodnes or brand website participating in the Promo, and
b. To this end, Participant knowingly and voluntarily allows Nestlé Goodnes or any Nestlé brand and their authorized third parties to collect, store, and process copies of his/her personal information, in accordance with the Nestlé Privacy Policy, which can be accessed through ttps://www.nestle.com.ph/info/privacypolicy. Except as otherwise stated, any personal information obtained relative to the authority herein given shall be strictly confidential.

4. He or she shall hold NPI free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for  damages or liabilities that may be brought by other persons, natural or juridical, in connection with his/her participation in the Promo, as well as the statements and declarations made by the participant in relation to this Promo;

5. He or she explicitly authorizes NPI, its principals, subsidiaries, affiliates and its agencies to  use his/her personal information provided for participation in the Promo in any medium of 
release (mass media, digital media, etc.), any press release, or any other medium suitable for the Promo of NPI or any of its products;

6. NPI may, without further compensation to Participant: (a) reproduce, distribute, adapt,  modify, make available and/or communicate to the public, exhibit, or broadcast any material or information regarding the Promo, through any means or media without restriction of any kind as to quantity, purpose or time, whether commercial or otherwise, or to any country or territory in the world; and (b) authorize any of the above activities;

7. NPI shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction and/or adaptations by third  parties of any materials developed in the course of the Promo, including but not limited to  advertising materials;

8. NPI assumes no responsibility for:
a. Any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information resulting from or caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the conduct of the Promo.
b. Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of submissions of the Participants under the Promo or other similar instances that may occur in connection with or in relation to the Promo;

9. NPI, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives or agents shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, 
special or punitive damages arising out of any access to and use of the digital properties of 
NPI;

10. NPI shall have the right to disqualify any Participant who fails to comply with the mechanics of the Promo or any specific contest or game in Nestlé Goodnes. The decision of NPI on this matter is final;

11. NPI shall be entitled to cancel, discontinue or suspend the Promo or any specific contest or game in Nestlé Goodnes on the basis of the occurrence of force majeure events or any events beyond their control that will not make it possible for them to continue with the conduct of the Promo or such contest without affecting the fairness and integrity of the same; and

12. The decision of NPI to cancel, discontinue or suspend the Promo or any specific contest or  game in Nestlé Goodnes on the basis of the foregoing is final and they will not engage in any 
dialogue with any person regarding such decision.
