Snow-Capped Almond Cookies Recipe

Pre-heat oven to 350 ̊F. Process almonds until finely ground.

Beat butter until creamy. Add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and confectioner’s sugar. Continue mixing while adding the flour gradually.

Add almonds, salt and vanilla. Mix and add more flour when too sticky to form into rounds or more cream, if still dry.

Scoop spoonfuls of dough, top with roasted almonds,and place 2 inches apart in a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown. Roll lightly in sugar before serving.
