Milky Strawberry Layered Cake Recipe

Pre –heat oven to 350ᴼF.

Sift all purpose flour and baking powder in a bowl.

Whisk egg yolks and sugar together until light. Stir in NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap and flour mixture

In another bowl, whisk together egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks. Fold in egg white mixture to egg yolk mixture. Pour into 6-inch round cake pan.

Bake cake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the cake. Set aside to cool completely. Cut into 1 ½ -inch pieces.

Mix NESTLÉ® Milk Cream and condensed milk.

Assemble pieces of cake, NESTLÉ® Milk Cream mixture, fresh strawberries and strawberry jam in serving containers in layers. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve well chilled.
