Lovingly Creamy Lapu-Lapu Stew

In a pot, combine water, potatoes, and MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are tender. Remove potatoes and set aside.

In the same simmering liquid, add lapu-lapu and cook for 2 minutes. Remove fish and set aside. Reserve liquid.

In a saucepan, melt butter. Sauté onion and curry powder until fragrant. Add reserved liquid and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Let simmer until thick.
