Deconstructed Strawberry Shortcake Recipe

Combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, lemon zest, and vanilla. Set aside.

In a bowl combine strawberry and sugar until juice develops, at least 3 minutes.

To assemble, arrange store-bought mamon or sponge cake in a dish. Layer with cream mixture and then some strawberries. Top with another layer of mamon, cream and strawberries. Finish with mamon and cover with cream.

Decorate with more strawberries if desired. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
