Creamy Daral Recipe

Whisk water, ½ cup of NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, flour, egg, vegetable oil and vanilla together in a bowl. Strain batter and set aside for 5 minutes. (10 mins)

Preheat a non stick pan and four about ½ cup of the crepe batter. Swirl to spread batter evenly. Cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook for another minute. Cook the rest of the batter and set aside. (10 mins)

For the filling, combine grated coconut, ½ cup of NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, water and brown sugar in a pan. Cook over medium heat until dry. (30 mins)

Place 2 tbsp of the filling on every crepe. Fold the sides and roll tightly. Serve. (10 mins)
