Creamy Cheese Crepe

Sift flour, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, water, eggs and melted butter. Strain and set aside for 5 minutes. (10 mins)

Preheat a non stick pan and four about ½ cup of the crepe batter. Swirl to spread batter evenly. Cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook for another minute. Cook the rest of the batter and set aside. (15 mins)

Whip cream cheese in a large bowl until light and smooth. Whisk in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream until stiff peaks. Mix in powder sugar and continue to whip until smooth. (10 mins)

Spread cream cheese filling on every crepe. Roll and transfer on a serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar and serve. (10 mins)
