Coffee Leche Flan made with NESCAFÉ Creamylatte

Dissolve NESCAFÉ Creamylatte in ¼ cup of hot water. Set aside. (5mins)

Mix egg yolks with NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, vanilla and salt and dissolved coffee. Set aside. (5mins)

Prepare 2 large lyanera. Add 3 tbsp sugar per lyanera. Slowly melt sugar over low heat until golden brown. Set aside. (10mins)

Strain cream mixture into the lyanera. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and steam for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool completely. (30mins)

Refrigerate overnight. Unmold into a serving plate and serve well chilled. (2mins)
