Bavarian Peaches and Cream Recipe

In a small bowl, whisk egg yolks with sugar and set aside.

In a saucepan, bring NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk and vanilla to a boil. Slowly pour in 1/4 cup of the hot milk onto the egg mixture, whishing continuously. Pour the tempered eggs back into the saucepan. Add gelatin and cook for 3 more minutes until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool completely until beginning to set.

Fold whipped cream into cooled milk.

To assemble, arrange peaches on the bottom of a sing-serve glass container. Pour in cream until half-filled and make another layer of peaches and cream. garnish with more peaches. Chill until ready to serve.
