For a P2000 MINIMUM SINGLE RECEIPT PURCHASE OF ANY BEAR BRAND, MILO, CHUCKIE AND KOKO KRUNCH PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS in any SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket and SM Savemore branches nationwide, the customer will get a P250 Cashback coupon that they can use on their next purchase.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
A. QUALIFICATION/DISQUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS:
- The promotion (“Promo”) is open to all individuals 18 years old and above (at the start of the Promo period and claiming of reward) who purchase in any SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket and SM Savemore branches nationwide.
- All employees of Nestlé Philippines, Inc. (NPI), and their respective affiliates, sponsors, partner agencies, advertising agencies, event organizers, and their spouses and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity, including relatives by legal adoption, are disqualified from joining the Promo.
B. DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURES AND MECHANICS/ DETERMINATION OF PARTICIPANTS WHO WILL RECEIVE THE REWARD:
- Promo is applicable to all customers of SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket and SM Savemore.
- Promo is valid to all single receipts containing 2000 pesos minimum purchase of any BEAR BRAND, MILO, CHUCKIE AND KOKO KRUNCH participating products in any SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket and SM Savemore branches nationwide.
- The receipt can include other products as long as purchase requirement for the participating brands are met.
- Combining of receipts to reach the purchase requirement is not allowed.
- Customer with a qualified receipt is entitled to only one (1) P250 Cashback coupon. Cashback coupon is automatically issued upon POS checkout via POS generated coupon.
- Maximum of one (1) P250 cashback coupon per receipt will be given regardless of the total purchase amount of participating brands, i.e. regardless if the purchase in a single receipt is more than P2000, P4000, etc.
- The P250 cashback coupon can be redeemed on their next purchase. Customers should present and surrender the physical coupon upon checkout.
- Qualified recipients and redemption of the P250 cashback coupon will only be valid or awarded in the store wherein the customer purchased from.
- The cashback coupon cannot be exchanged for actual cash and other products.
- Redemption of the P250 cashback coupon is valid until 60 days after the promo ends.
- The promo period is from May 1 to July 31, 2025.
- Promo is applicable in all SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket and SM Savemore branches nationwide.

D. SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following specific terms and conditions will be included in the mechanics:
By joining and participating in the Promo, you hereby confirm, agree and acknowledge that:
- You have read the full mechanics of this Promo and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the same;
- You are 18 years old or above;
- You shall hold Nestle Philippines Inc. (NPI) free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages or liabilities that may be brought by other persons, natural or juridical, in connection with your participation in the Promo, as well as the statements and declarations made by you in relation to the Promo;
- NPI may, without further compensation to you: (a) reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, make available and/or communicate to the public, exhibit, or broadcast any material or information regarding the Promo, through any means or media without restriction of any kind as to quantity, purpose or time, whether commercial or otherwise, or to any country or territory in the world; and (b) authorize any of the above activities
- NPI shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction and/or adaptations by third parties of any materials developed in the course of the Promo including but not limited to advertising materials;
- NPI assumes no responsibility for:
- Any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information resulting from or caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the conduct of the Promo.
- Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of submissions of the Participants under the Promo or other similar instances that may occur in connection with or in relation to the Promo;
- NPI, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives or agents shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any access to and use of the digital properties of NPI;
- NPI shall have the right to disqualify any Participant who, upon NPI’s sole discretion, is not entitled to win if he or she does not comply with the mechanics of the Promo. The decision of NPI on this matter is final;-
- NPI shall be entitled to cancel, discontinue or suspend the Promo on the basis of the occurrence of force majeure events or any events beyond their control that will not make it possible for them to continue with the conduct of the Promo without affecting the fairness and integrity of the same; and
- The decision of NPI to cancel, discontinue or suspend the Promo on the basis of the foregoing is final and they will not engage in any dialogue with any person regarding such decision.
