The Nestlé Goodnes Rewards Program (“Program”) is a loyalty program of Nestlé Philippines, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “NPI”). Members of the Program are given rewards, discounts, and privileges in accordance with the Program’s criteria for membership (the “General Rewards Program”). The program will run from October 15, 2025 to October 15, 2026, per DOH-FDA-CFRR Permit No. 1400 s. 2025.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
A. QUALIFICATION/DISQUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS:
- The Promo is open to select individuals 18 years old and above (at the time of participation) who are residents of the Philippines.
- For the general Rewards Program, participants shall be consumers of the participating Nestlé, Wyeth and CPW products, as determined by NPI, who will register and become members of Nestle Goodnes Rewards.
- For the Highest Spender Incentive Program and Raffle Program, participants must:
- Shop participating Nestlé, Wyeth and CPW products at participating Nestle Goodnes Rewards partner stores. Milk Code covered products (milk intended for children aged 0-36 months) shall be excluded from the Promo.
- Upload the purchase receipt obtained from the participating partner stores at the Nestle Goodnes Rewards microsite, and the receipt’s transaction date should be within the applicable campaign period.
- NPI reserves the right to require a minimum spend to be entitled to participate in any of the Program’s campaigns or raffles at any given time.
- For the Highest Spender Incentive Program, the participant with the highest spend and who complies with all NPI set requirements during the campaign run/period will receive the applicable prize.
- For the Raffle Program, eligible participants will earn raffle entries for the raffle that will be held for each campaign run/period that will be set by NPI.
- Participants must have an active email address, mobile number, GCash account, and valid delivery address to receive any of the rewards.
- Promotion and redemption are valid for all items except Milk Code covered products.
B. DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURES AND MECHANICS/ DETERMINATION OF PARTICIPANTS WHO WILL RECEIVE THE REWARD:
I. General Rewards Program
- PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION
1.1 Any individual who wants to be a member of the Program must purchase participating products of NPI and its affiliates in the Philippines in covered stores and create an account through any of the following means:

The following are the minimum information needed:

1.1.1.4 Mobile Number
1.2 Milk Code covered products shall be excluded from the coverage of the Program.
1.3 Membership is activated once a consumer completes the sign-up process
1.4 Membership in the Program will be renewed automatically every year as long as the account is active, or until NPI announces the Program's cancellation. Membership to the Program is not subject to an annual fee. To be considered as an active account, the holder, at any given time within a continuous 6-month period, must purchase and/or redeem, earn points.
- MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
2.1 There are 2 types of membership levels in the Program:
2.1.1 Suki – all consumers start at this level.
2.1.2 Super Suki - for consumers who have purchased at least Php60,000.00 worth of participating Nestle/Wyeth/CPW products at any partner stores that NPI may nominate from time to time, within a 12-month period.
2.2 A membership level may be upgraded from Suki to Super Suki at any time within the 12-month period for as long as the minimum spend requirement is met. The Super Suki membership level is valid for 1 year from the Super Suki activation date.
2.3 The Super Suki Membership level will be reviewed every year on the anniversary of the Super Suki activation date. A maintaining spend of Php60,000.00 within 1 year from the time a member was upgraded to Super Suki status should be met by the Super Suki to retain the Super Suki membership level. Otherwise, a Super Suki member will be downgraded to Suki.
- EARNING OF POINTS
3.1 Members may earn points from actual purchases made at any physical or eCommerce stores, provided the receipt includes participating Nestlé/Wyeth/CPW products. The stores listed in the table below are provided as examples only and do not constitute an exhaustive or permanent list of eligible stores. NPI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise, add to, or remove stores from the list of participating establishments at any time. Any such changes shall be announced through NPI’s official channels, including its Facebook page and the Nestlé Goodnes Rewards website. Every Php1.00 purchase is equivalent to 1 point.

3.2 For physical stores, members must take a photo of their receipt and upload it to Nestlé Goodnes Rewards microsite: https://rewards.nestlegoodnes.com/ph
3.3 Bonus points, as may be set by NPI, may also be earned by members for a specific promo, criteria, duration or a limited time only.
3.4 To maintain the integrity of the Program and prevent abuse, NPI reserves the right to impose limits on the frequency of points-earning and redemption activities. These thresholds may be adjusted at any time at NPI’s sole discretion, and any changes shall be communicated through official Nestlé Goodnes Rewards channels.
3.5 Only purchases fully paid in cash, credit card, debit cards, GCash and other valid mode of payment shall be qualified to earn points. Points are earned as soon as the order has been successfully paid and the applicable receipt is generated.
3.6 Purchases paid using online reversal voucher or points redeemed are not qualified to earn points and shall be deducted from the total purchase amount.
3.7 Points earned shall be reversed for voided transactions or refunded purchases, subject to the return policy of Nestlé DigiTindahan, Nestlé eCommerce stores in Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok Shop or any applicable NPI e-commerce shop.
3.8 Points are personal to each member and may not be assigned, sold, transferred, and/or pledged to any third party or other members of the Program. Members have no property rights or other legal interests in points.
3.9 Milk Code covered products shall be excluded from the coverage of the Program.
3.10 Members may also be issued branded loyalty cards, whether physical or digital, that are associated with select Nestlé/Wyeth/CPW brands. These branded cards, when used to purchase products from the associated brand, may entitle the member to exclusive perks including but not limited to bonus points, promotional discounts, early access to campaigns, and special product offers. The issuance, usage terms, and applicable benefits of such branded cards shall be determined solely by NPI and will be communicated through the official Nestlé Goodnes Rewards channels.
3.10 NPI has the right to monitor all account activity of every member. If, at NPI’s sole reasonable discretion, it has determined that the member has engaged in any fraud, abuse or suspicious activity in relation to privileges granted by virtue of his/her membership; failed to follow the Program rules; or made any misrepresentations, NPI reserves the right to close or suspend the his/her membership immediately, prohibit the member from accruing and/or earning points, and/or redeem any points. If the member’s points are cancelled or forfeited for any reason, NPI will not reinstate those points to the account. If the member’s account is closed for any reason, the consumer’s membership in the Program will be terminated. If a member conducted any fraudulent activity in relation to his/her membership, NPI reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and/or charge and collect from the member any points redeemed as a result of such activity.
- EXPIRATION OF POINTS
Points earned shall automatically expire after 6 months of inactivity. Inactivity shall mean a member’s failure to earn additional points or redeem any points earned during the applicable period. Earning points is contingent upon uploading valid receipts, failure to do so implies that no qualifying purchase was recorded, and therefore, the member remains unable to redeem points. This inactivity will result in the expiration of any unredeemed points.
II. Highest Spender Incentive Program
- The Highest Spender Incentive Program will have initial campaigns running from January 1, 2026 – March 31, 2026; April 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026; July 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026; October 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026. NPI reserves the right to modify these periods or to add new runs under this promotion scheme during the Promo permit period.
- Purchase receipt must come from any participating stores, as determined by NPI and the transaction date must be within the campaign period.
- NPI reserves the right to impose a minimum spend requirement to participate in the Highest Spender Incentive Program.
- NPI will do announcements of its leaderboard or the names of the persons who are running to be the highest spender for a particular period run. The announcements can be done in any of NPI’s social media channels.
- The results of the purchases of consumers for a particular run shall be verified by a representative of the FDA to ensure that the consumer who has the highest spend shall be chosen as a winner. If there will be a tie in the spending amount, the first participant with an earlier transaction date and time stamp on the last purchase will prevail.

III. Raffle Program
- For the Raffle Program, NPI shall determine the applicable period for each campaign period/run.
- For each run, consumers must purchase the participating products, as determined by NPI. Purchase receipt must come from any participating stores and transaction date must be within the campaign period.
- Participants must upload the purchase receipt made at the participating partner stores to Nestle Goodnes Rewards microsite: https://www.rewards.nestlegoodnes.com/ph
- Participants shall earn 1 raffle entry for every receipt upload. Each receipt must meet the minimum spend requirement that NPI will impose if any.
- Participants must have an active email address, mobile number, GCash account, and valid delivery address to receive any of the rewards.
- Promotion and Redemption are valid for all items except Milk Code covered products.

C. REWARDS OF PARTICIPANTS:
I. General Rewards Program
- REWARD REDEMPTION USING POINTS
1.1 To redeem the points earned, a member shall choose the amount of the applicable points that he/she wants to redeem upon check-out, depending on the available rewards in the catalog. One thousand (1,000) points earned shall be equivalent to Php10.00 cash back value or from a rewards catalog.
1.2 Milk Code covered products shall be excluded from points redemption.
1.3 Points may be used to redeem rewards anytime as long as the member’s points meet the minimum requirement for the chosen reward from the catalog found in the Nestle Goodnes Rewards rewards page at https:www.rewards.nestlegoodnes.com/ph
- REDEMPTION OF THE BIRTHDAY BENEFIT FOR SUPER SUKI MEMBERS
1.1 The Birthday Benefit is only available to Super Suki members.
1.2 In order to avail of the Birthday Benefit, a Super Suki member should opt to provide his/her birthdate via the member’s account page of the https://www.rewards.nestlegoodnes.com/ph
1.3 The program headquarters will send a birthday email to the Super Suki member on the member’s birthday indicating the birthday gift unique voucher code which he/she can redeem through any of the Program’s partner establishments.
1.4 Shipping fee (if applicable) for the birthday gift shall be paid by the member.
1.5 The specific terms and conditions for the redemption of the birthday gift shall be provided in the birthday email that will be sent to the Super Suki member.
1.6 The birthday benefit may be availed only on the birth month of the Super Suki member. NPI, at its sole discretion, may remove or change the birthday Benefit at any time without prior notice.
II. Highest Spender Incentive Program / Raffle Program
- Highest spenders and/or raffle winners may receive any of the following rewards:
- Cash prizes: These are the financial reward that is provided to qualified participants in the form of digital currency or electronic funds and physical cash. It is a transferable and redeemable value that can be stored, exchanged, or used for online transactions.
- Examples of Digital cash prizes: GCash credits; Cash Prize; P100,000 Tuition Fee
- E-Gift Certificate & Voucher prizes: These are rewards in digital forms of certificates or vouchers that can be redeemed for goods or services. They are typically provided in electronic format, allowing recipients to access and utilize them online or through designated platforms. These prizes often come with a specific monetary value or offer, enabling recipients to select and purchase items or services of their choice from participating retailers or service providers.
- Examples of E-Gift Certificate prizes: P5,000 Mercury Drug E-GC; 20% Off min. spend P500
- Product prizes: These are the prizes provided to qualified participants in the form of physical products. Product rewards can range from small promotional items like branded merchandise or samples to larger, high-value items such as electronics, appliances, or luxury goods.
- Examples of product prizes: Gadget Pack (Samsung Galaxy S24, Tablet, etc), Baby Pack (Vitamins, Baby Food, Baby Wash, etc)
- Partner prizes: These are the prizes provided to qualified winners through collaborations between two or more brands. These prizes can include discounts, exclusive offers, special access to events or services, or other privileges provided by the partner brand.
- Examples of Partner prizes: 2-min Shopping Spree (Hakot) at Mercury Drug; Free 2 Boxes packs of Yakult
- Experience prizes: These are the rewards provided to qualified winners in the form of unique and memorable experiences. Instead of receiving physical products or monetary rewards, individuals are offered the opportunity to participate in activities, events, or trips that provide them with enjoyable and enriching experiences. These rewards can include things like travel packages, spa days, concert tickets, adventure outings, culinary experiences, or exclusive access to special events.
- Examples of Experience prizes: 3D2N Local vacation trip for 2; 2 Concert Tickets for Parokya ni Edgar/Ms. Saigon
- Other rewards: NPI reserves the right to add other rewards or prizes not stated herein and to determine the applicable rewards for each run.
- Cash prizes: These are the financial reward that is provided to qualified participants in the form of digital currency or electronic funds and physical cash. It is a transferable and redeemable value that can be stored, exchanged, or used for online transactions.
- To know the prize being given out for the campaign period, consumers may visit the Nestlé Goodnes or Nestle Goodnes Rewards Facebook page or the Nestlé Goodnes website for more information.
D. PROCEDURE IN THE NOTIFICATION OF MEMBERS/WINNERS:
For the points balance, consumers may know their available points for redemption by logging in to their Nestle Goodnes Rewards account at https://www.rewards.nestlegoodnes.com/ph.
For the prize winners, the participants will be notified by NPI or any affiliated partners either via SMS or email within ten to fifteen (10 – 15) working days upon successful internal validation after each raffle draw. The notification message shall contain the details of the reward and its redemption details. If a member fails to redeem the prize or respond with the required details within the period set by NPI, NPI reserves the right to forfeit the prize and/or award it to a new winner, at its sole discretion.
E. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By joining and participating in the Promo, a Participant hereby confirms, agrees and acknowledges that:
- He or she has read the full mechanics of this Promo and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same;
- He or she is 18 years old or above;
- He or she consents to the processing of personal information, including his or her:
- Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Transactions
- To this end, Participant knowingly and voluntarily allows Nestlé Goodnes Rewards and their authorized third parties to collect, store, and process copies of his/her personal information, in accordance with the Nestlé Privacy Policy, which can be accessed through https://www.nestle.com.ph/info/privacypolicy. Except as otherwise stated, any personal information obtained relative to the authority herein given shall be strictly confidential.
- Participant consents to the sharing of his or her mobile number to GCash for purposes of participating in the Promo.
- He or she shall hold NPI free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages or liabilities that may be brought by other persons, natural or juridical, in connection with his/her participation in the Promo, as well as the statements and declarations made by the participant in relation to the Promo;
- He or she explicitly authorizes NPI, its principals, subsidiaries, affiliates and its agencies to use his/her personal information provided for participation in the Promo in any medium of release (mass media, digital media, etc.), any press release, or any other medium suitable for the promotion of NPI or any of its products;
- NPI may, without further compensation to Participant: (a) reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, make available and/or communicate to the public, exhibit, or broadcast any material or information regarding the Promo, through any means or media without restriction of any kind as to quantity, purpose or time, whether commercial or otherwise, or to any country or territory in the world; and (b) authorize any of the above activities;
- NPI shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction and/or adaptations by third parties of any materials developed in the course of the Promo including but not limited to advertising materials;
- NPI assumes no responsibility for:
- Any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information resulting from or caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the conduct of the Promo.
- Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of submissions of the Participants under the Promo or other similar instances that may occur in connection with or in relation to the Promo;
- NPI, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives or agents shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any access to and use of the digital properties of Nestlé Goodnes Rewards;
- NPI shall have the right to disqualify any Participant who fails to comply with the mechanics of the Promo. The decision of Nestlé Goodnes Rewards on this matter is final;
- NPI shall be entitled to cancel, discontinue or suspend the Promo on the basis of the occurrence of force majeure events or any events beyond their control that will not make it possible for them to continue with the conduct of the Promo without affecting the fairness and integrity of the same; and
- The decision of NPI to cancel, discontinue or suspend the Promo on the basis of the foregoing is final and they will not engage in any dialogue with any person regarding such decision.
- All the employees of NPI and its affiliates, NPI’s partner agencies, stores, and accounts for this Promo, as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are automatically disqualified from joining this Promo.
