Add this to the lunch boxes
Make some tiny meatballs that you can add to the lunchboxes, without the sauce. These can be any size, but small bite size meatballs can do wonders for the hunger pangs at break time
Adjusting the consistency of the sauce
If the sauce is too thick, you can thin it out with a little bit of extra stock or cream. If it's too thin, let it simmer for a few more minutes to thicken.
