Check
Peel and chop the potatoes roughly. Cover the potatoes with salted water in a medium pot.

Cook Potatoes
Check
Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to a low and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are just soft and cooked through.

Prepare Cream Mixture
Check
Combine the ½ cup of water with the Nestlé KLIM and whisk well.

Mix and Season
Check
Whisk the Nestlé KLIM mixture and butter into the mashed potatoes until soft and fluffy. Season to taste. Serve and ENJOY!
Serving Suggestion
Serve the mashed potatoes as a side to sliced gammon, broccolini & glazed carrots and ENJOY
