Sausage and Bell Pepper Omelette

1. Cook the sausage in a skillet on medium heat until cooked, around 3-5 minutes. Cook the bell peppers for around 2 minutes in the grease.

2. In a small bowl, beat together the eggs, salt and pepper. Pour over the skillet, and tilt the pan until the egg mixture is evenly distributed. Cook until the egg mixture holds together.

Flip and sprinkle the cheese on top until melted, around 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a plate, and enjoy! with a slice of bread and butter.
