Mutton Roast

In a large bowl mix together yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chilies, cumin, garam masala, chaat masala and oil. Add meat pieces and marinate for 6 to 8 hours

Put meat with marinade in a pan in single layer and cook covered over medium heat for 2 to 3 hours or till tender. Pre heat oven at 200 degrees.

Put cooked meat on oven tray, spread butter on meat and sprinkle with zattar powder. Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes till golden on top.

Thicken the left-over gravy with a little corn flour. Serve with pilaf rice. And gravy.
