Cinnamon Cream Apple Parfait

Heat a pan over medium heat and add the almonds, walnuts, raisins, and desiccated coconut. Toast lightly till fragrant, do not brown. Add sugar and mix. Remove from pan and cool completely. Roughly crush the nut mixture and keep aside.

Heat a nonstick skillet on medium low. Drop in the butter and let it melt and bubble gently. Add the apple slices and toss to coat. Sprinkle on the brown sugar and toss again. Let it cook, stirring and turning the slices occasionally, for about 10 to 15 minutes. Apples are done when they are easily pierced by a fork. Remove the skillet from heat and set aside.

Chill Nestlé Milkpak Whipping cream and whip it using an electric beater until soft peaks are formed. Add the icing sugar and cinnamon and keep whipping until cinnamon is completely mixed.

Divide the apple slices between 4 serving dishes. Sprinkle with an equal amount of nut mixture, then top with a dollop of cinnamon whipped cream. Serve immediately.
