1. Preheat oven to 325℉.
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour,3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder,1 teaspoon baking powder,1/4 teaspoon salt
2. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. Cream the butter and sugar together in an electric mixer fitted with a paddle on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 4 to 5 minutes.
