MILO CHAMPS -2025

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. General Overview
    The following terms and conditions apply to all participants registering for the MILO CHAMPS organized by Nestlé Pakistan Limited. By registering for the MILO CHAMPS, participants/ Parent/ Legal Guardian (of child) agree to comply with these terms and conditions, including all rules and regulations set by the Organizer.

     
  2. Eligibility
    • The MILO CHAMPS is open to all members of the public, including men, women, children (under adult supervision), and individuals with disabilities (along with any adult).
    • Participants must register for the appropriate race category, including but not limited to:
      • General Male/Female Adult Category
      • Children’s Category (under 15 years, must be accompanied by an adult)
      • Differently abled Category (Wheelchair accessible and other disabilities)
    • All participants must meet the minimum age requirements for the respective categories.

       
  3. Health and Safety
    • By participating, participants confirm that they are physically fit and medically able to participate in the MILO CHAMPS.
    • Participants are strongly encouraged to consult a physician before engaging in strenuous physical activities such as a marathon.
    • Differently abled participants should ensure that their mobility aids (such as wheelchairs) are in good working order and meet Marathon safety standards.
    • The Organizer will provide basic first aid services; however, participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own health and safety throughout the Marathon.
       
       
  4. Children’s Participation
    • Children 18 years or under must be accompanied by an adult.
    • Parents or guardians must supervise their children throughout the race and ensure their safety.
    • Children’s participation is at the sole discretion of the parent or guardian, and the Organizer is not liable for any injuries sustained by children during the Marathon.
       
       
  5. Footwear and Clothing:
    • Participants must wear proper running shoes suitable for long-distance running.
    • Participants are advised to wear comfortable, breathable clothing appropriate for long-distance running and the weather conditions on race day.
    • Free MILO T-shirts will be given to participants however they will be subject to the availability of stock and sizes.
       
       
  6. Code of Conduct
    • All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, volunteers, and staff during the MILO CHAMPS
    • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in disqualification and removal from the Marathon.

       
  7. Liability Waiver
    • By registering for the MILO CHAMPS, participants acknowledge that they are participating at their own risk.
    • The Organizer, sponsors, and their affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss of property sustained during the Marathon, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
       
       
  8. Cancellation / Modification Policy
    • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule or change the MILO CHAMPS or its venue/time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or safety concerns.
    • In the event of cancellation/ modification by the Organizer, participants will be notified at the given contact detail.
       
       
  9. Data Privacy
    • Personal information collected during registration will be used to organize the MILO CHAMPS and in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy.
    • By registering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for MILO CHAMPS-related purposes, communication for future events, its products marketing/promotions, or obtaining feedback.
    • This activity is only being communicated through Milo Marathon | Nestlé Goodnes, MILO Pakistan (@milo.pakistan) • Instagram photos and videos and Official Nestlé Goodnes WhatsApp (0318 4663637/0318GOODNES) the Company shall not be held liable for any personal data shared by you through any other platform/ channel.

       
  10. Disqualification
    • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or any other rules communicated by the Organizer before and during the MILO CHAMPS.
    • Grounds for disqualification include, but are not limited to, unsportsmanlike conduct, failure to complete the course, use of unauthorized assistance etc.
    • Any participant found wearing inappropriate footwear, such as sandals, flip-flops, or bare feet, may be disqualified for safety reasons.

       
  11. Amendments
    • The Organizer reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

       
  12. Dispute and Indemnity:
    • In the event of any dispute regarding the terms and conditions, and all other matters relating to this MILO CHAMPS, the Company’s decision shall be final, and binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into nor shall be challenged on any forum or in any court of law.
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, each participant and anyone entitled or agreeing to act on his/her behalf, agrees to indemnify the Company and each of its Authorized Organizers from any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims, or liabilities of any kind whatsoever arising in connection with the participation in the Marathon to the extent not prohibited by applicable laws.
       
  13. Consent & Waiver:

    By participating in the MILO CHAMPS:
     
    • I accept that the Organizers of the MILO CHAMPS shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature to myself/ my child or their property arising out of participation in this MILO CHAMPS. In the event of any illness or accident during these activities, I consent to any appropriate medical treatment being administered to myself/ my child

 

By registering for and participating in the MILO CHAMPS, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

 

This document ensures clear communication regarding the responsibilities of both the participants and the Organizer, promoting a safe and fair MILO CHAMPS for all involved.
