Nestlé GoodNes Loyalty and Rewards Mechanics

 

Nestlé Philippines, Inc. (alternatively, NPI or Nestlé) will provide any of the following rewards—Monetary Rewards, Voucher Rewards, Product/Item Rewards, Experience Rewards, Digital Badges, and Other Rewards—to the qualified members of Nestle Goodnes. The Promotion will run from July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025.

 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

1. The promotion is open to all individuals 18 years old and above (at the time of registration and claiming of reward), who are residents of the Philippines.

2. Participants must be a member of Goodnes website to join. Non-members can register to Goodnes by creating an account on Goodnes website.

3. Participants must have an active email address, mobile number, GCash account, and valid delivery address to receive any of the rewards.

 

DETERMINATION OF PARTICIPANTS WHO WILL RECEIVE THE REWARD:

GoodNes will have an Activity Score section/feature under the Profiles/Achievement/Rewards section, where users can see their progress bar according to their engagement in the Nestlé GoodNes website. See examples of engagement activities below:

  • Completing the profile.
  • Creating a recipe in the website cookbook.
  • Saving a recipe.
  • Participating in recipe discussions (like, comment, rate, mark as done, share, etc.)
  • Activate and use of website/meal planning services.
  • Follow and interact with brands and collect promotions.
     

REWARDS OF QUALIFIED PARTICIPANTS:

GoodNes will have a corresponding reward based on the acquired Activity Score of the member. See definition of and examples of rewards below:

MONETARY REWARDS: These rewards refer to financial and monetary incentives provided to qualified participants. Examples: These rewards can take various forms—cash, digital cash (GCash, etc.), cashback and rebates, etc.)

 

PRODUCT AND ITEM REWARDS: These are the rewards provided to qualified participants in the form of physical products or items. Product rewards can range from small promotional items like branded merchandise and samples to larger, high-value items such as premium items, electronics, appliances, or luxury goods. Examples of Product Rewards: Free Nestle products from Robinsons Supermarket, Product bundles, etc.

 

VOUCHER REWARDS: These are the rewards given to qualified participants in the form of voucher, ticket, coupon, entries or passes to participate in an event, contest, raffle, or experiences. These reward vouchers typically involve granting participants entries where they have the chance to win or experience exclusive prizes. These vouchers can also be redeemed for discounts, free products, or special offers at specific stores, restaurants, or online platforms. Examples: Raffle ticket for a chance to win a Dream Kitchen makeover; Raffle Ticket for a chance to win a San Benito Farm Wellness Retreat; Raffle ticket for a chance to win gadgets, Free Shipping vouchers and discount coupons, shopping spree, etc.

 

EXPERIENCE REWARDS: These are the rewards  provided to qualified participants in the form of unique and memorable experiences. Instead of receiving physical products or monetary rewards, individuals are offered the opportunity to participate in activities, events, donation, or trips that provide them with enjoyable and enriching experiences. (Example: Asian Culinary Tour in Vietnam or Bangkok; Meet and Greet with Maggi Creators, spa days, concert tickets, adventure outings, culinary experiences, or exclusive access to special events)

 

DIGITAL BADGES: These titles and digital badges that can be found in the profile section of the website. are to be awarded for users who have reached a certain level in the Activity Score. See examples of badges below: ANNIVERSARY ACE: Awarded for one-year membership 

a. SUPER-SWAPPER: Awarded for shaking meals five (5) times

b. GROCERY GETTER: Awarded for using the grocery list seven (7) times

c. RECIPE ROOKIE: Awarded after making 1st recipe

d. RECIPE ROCKSTAR: Awarded after making 5 recipes

e. CULINARY CREATOR: Awarded after making 1st recipe as done

f. RECIPE REVIEWER: Awarded after reviewing 5 recipes

g. RECIPE REPEATER: Awarded after sharing 5 recipes

h. COMMENT CRUSADER: Awarded after sharing 3rd comment on recipes

i. MENU MAESTRO: Awarded after using My Menu Planner ten (10) times

j. TASTE MAKER: Awarded after creating five (5) recipes

k. PROFILE PRO: Awarded after completing the onboarding

l. PROFILE PERFECTIONIST: Awarded after completing the profile

m. OTHER BADGES: Additional badges may be awarded at our discretion; subject to further evaluation and assessment

 

OTHER REWARDS: Additional rewards that may be unlocked and created at our discretion; subject to further evaluation and assessment. 

Please note that the example of the rewards provided in this application are merely mentioned for illustration purposes. NPI retains the discretion to determine the applicable reward for each qualified member of the GoodNes website.

 

PROCEDURE IN THE NOTIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS:

The participants will be notified by NPI or any affiliated partners either via SMS, Email, or other forms of notification such as website, app, etc. within ten to fifteen (10 – 15) working days after each reward redemption period. The notification message shall contain the details of the reward and its redemption details.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By joining and participating in the Promo, a Participant hereby confirms, agrees and acknowledges that:

1. He or she has read the full mechanics of this Promo and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same;

2. He or she is 18 years old or above;

3. He or she will share personal information, including his or her:

a. Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Date of Birth and any other relevant personal information for purposes of registration in the GoodNes website and participating in any of the contests, and

b. To this end, Participant knowingly and voluntarily allows GoodNes and their authorized third parties to collect, store, and process copies of his/her personal information, in accordance with the Nestlé Privacy Policy, which can be accessed through ttps://www.nestle.com.ph/info/privacypolicy. Except as otherwise stated, any personal information obtained relative to the authority herein given shall be strictly confidential.

4. He or she shall hold NPI free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages or liabilities that may be brought by other persons, natural or juridical, in connection with his/her participation in the Promo, as well as the statements and declarations made by the participant in relation to the Promo;

5. He or she explicitly authorizes NPI, its principals, subsidiaries, affiliates and its agencies to use his/her personal information provided for participation in the Promo in any medium of release (mass media, digital media, etc.), any press release, or any other medium suitable for the promotion of NPI or any of its products;

6. NPI may, without further compensation to Participant: (a) reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, make available and/or communicate to the public, exhibit, or broadcast any material or information regarding the Promo, through any means or media without restriction of any kind as to quantity, purpose or time, whether commercial or otherwise, or to any country or territory in the world; and (b) authorize any of the above activities;

7. NPI shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction and/or adaptations by third parties of any materials developed in the course of the Promo including but not limited to advertising materials;

8. NPI assumes no responsibility for:

a. Any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information resulting from or caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the conduct of the Promo.

b. Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of submissions of the Participants under the Promo or other similar instances that may occur in connection with or in relation to the Promo;

9. NPI, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives or agents shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any access to and use of the digital properties of GoodNes;

10. NPI shall have the right to disqualify any Participant who fails to comply with the mechanics of the Promo or any specific contest or game in GoodNes. The decision of NPI on this matter is final;

11. NPI shall be entitled to cancel, discontinue or suspend the Promo or any specific contest or game in GoodNes on the basis of the occurrence of force majeure events or any events beyond their control that will not make it possible for them to continue with the conduct of the Promo or such contest without affecting the fairness and integrity of the same; and

12. The decision of NPI to cancel, discontinue or suspend the Promo or any specific contest or game in GoodNes on the basis of the foregoing is final and they will not engage in any dialogue with any person regarding such decision.
