QUALIFICATION/DISQUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS:

1. The promotion (“Promo”) is open to select individuals 18 years old and above (at the time of participation) who are residents of the Philippines.
2. Participants must shop participating Nestlé & Wyeth products at participating Nestlé Rewards partner stores. Milk Code covered products shall be excluded from the Promo.
3. Participants must upload the purchase receipt made at the participating partner stores at Barangay Nestlé Rewards Facebook Messenger Chatbot: m.me/BrgyNestleRewards.
4. Participants get 1 raffle entry for every receipt upload.
5. Participants must have an active email address, mobile number, GCash account, and valid delivery address to receive any of the rewards.
6. Promotion and Redemption are valid for all items except infant formula (0 – 36 mos). 

DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURES AND MECHANICS/ DETERMINATION OF PARTICIPANTS WHO WILL RECEIVE THE REWARD:

1. The Raffle Promotion will run from Apr 9 to June 30, 2025.
2. Participants get 1 raffle entry for every purchase receipt upload. Purchase receipt must come from any participating stores for the raffle and transaction date must be within the campaign period.
3. To know the participating partner stores and number of winners to be drawn, consumers may visit the Barangay Nestlé Rewards Facebook page or the Barangay Nestlé website for more information.
4. Target raffle draw is on July 4, 2025.
5. For concerns related to the above, participants can email Consumer.services@ph.nestle.com or call the Nestlé Consumer Care hotline at 8-898-00-61.
6. Participating products list:

REWARD OF PARTICIPANTS FOR WINNING IN THE RAFFLE:

1. The reward will be provided in the form of vouchers.
2. The winning individual will receive vouchers from one of our partner vendors, either Klook or Philippine Airlines, to cover the tickets mentioned in the promotion.
3. Voucher codes will be sent to the email address or phone number provided by the winner to the Barangay Nestle Rewards team upon successful contact.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By joining and participating in the Promo, a Participant hereby confirms, agrees and acknowledges that:

1. He or she has read the full mechanics of this Promo and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same;
2. He or she is 18 years old or above;
3. He or she consents to the processing of personal information, including his or her:
   1. Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Transactions
   2. To this end, Participant knowingly and voluntarily allows Barangay Nestlé and their authorized third parties to collect, store, and process copies of his/her personal information, in accordance with the Nestlé Privacy Policy, which can be accessed through https://www.nestle.com.ph/info/privacypolicy. Except as otherwise stated, any personal information obtained relative to the authority herein given shall be strictly confidential.
   3. Participant consents to the sharing of his or her mobile number to Gcash for purposes of participating in the Promo.
4. He or she shall hold NPI free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages or liabilities that may be brought by other persons, natural or juridical, in connection with his/her participation in the Promo, as well as the statements and declarations made by the participant in relation to the Promo;
5. He or she explicitly authorizes NPI, its principals, subsidiaries, affiliates and its agencies to use his/her personal information provided for participation in the Promo in any medium of release (mass media, digital media, etc.), any press release, or any other medium suitable for the promotion of NPI or any of its products;
6. NPI may, without further compensation to Participant: (a) reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, make available and/or communicate to the public, exhibit, or broadcast any material or information regarding the Promo, through any means or media without restriction of any kind as to quantity, purpose or time, whether commercial or otherwise, or to any country or territory in the world; and (b) authorize any of the above activities;    
7. NPI shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction and/or adaptations by third parties of any materials developed in the course of the Promo including but not limited to advertising materials;
8. NPI assumes no responsibility for:
   1. Any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information resulting from or caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the conduct of the Promo.  
   2. Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of submissions of the Participants under the Promo or other similar instances that may occur in connection with or in relation to the Promo;
9. NPI, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives or agents shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any access to and use of the digital properties of Barangay Nestlé;
10. NPI shall have the right to disqualify any Participant who fails to comply with the mechanics of the Promo. The decision of Barangay Nestlé on this matter is final;
11. NPI shall be entitled to cancel, discontinue or suspend the Promo on the basis of the occurrence of force majeure events or any events beyond their control that will not make it possible for them to continue with the conduct of the Promo without affecting the fairness and integrity of the same; and
12. The decision of NPI to cancel, discontinue or suspend the Promo on the basis of the foregoing is final and they will not engage in any dialogue with any person regarding such decision.
