Spicy Cauliflower wings with Maggi Chili Garlic dipping sauce

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C and line a large baking sheet with baking paper.

In a large mixing bowl combine the eggs, Nestlé Chili Garlic Salad Dressing, flour, garlic powder, chili flakes, onion powder, mustard powder, and water. Stir until smooth. If the batter is too thick, continue to add a tablespoon of water at a time until a drop batter consistency is reached.

Place the cauliflower wings inside the batter and stir to cover completely. One by one, dredge the battered cauliflower in the fine breadcrumbs and place the wings on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Sprinkle with vegetable oil and place in the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Combine the Nestlé Chili Garlic Salad Dressing, sour cream, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Stir until combined.
